Sharing a Calendar in Google

Sharing a Calendar

In your calendar
Click the drop arrow by your name in the ‘My calendars’ area then click ‘Share this Calendar

Down in the ‘Share with specific people’ section type in the name of the user you want to share your calendar with.

Then select the access level for the user from the drop down box

Click ‘Save’ once all users have been added
