  2. Click\u00a0Options<\/strong>\u00a0(top right)<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0See all options\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Click Phone (Left hand side)<\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0<\/strong>your Device<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Wipe Device<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    At this point you will get a few more prompts making sure that you want to wipe the device.<\/p>\n

    By the Administrator:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Login to the\u00a0MOP<\/strong>\u00a0(http:\/\/portal.microsoftonline.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n
    2. Open the\u00a0ECP<\/strong>\u00a0(Exchange Control Panel)<\/li>\n
    3. Find and Double Click the user, to open the\u00a0Properties<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Expand Phone & Voice Features<\/li>\n
    5. Double Click Exchange ActiveSync<\/li>\n
    6. Select\u00a0<\/strong>the Device<\/li>\n
    7. Click\u00a0Wipe Device<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
